We pool investor funds to buy the non-performing loans

We work with borrower to agree to a payment plan to keep them in their homes

We use the borrower payments to fund our costs and investor returns

We plan to pay our investors a return of 8% per year on their invested capital¹
Then we plan to return all their capital
Only after the investors receive their 8% annual return and all their invested capital, we can retain any remaining profit
